I hope you have had a lovely weekend. I wanted to send a message real quick in follow up to this week's assignment! Thanks for your wonderful discussion boards, these were some of the best yet. Looks like you all read the materials and got some key take-aways.

As for the final presentation assignment, here are a couple things

1. This is a mostly presentation aid centered speech. It means you need to develop good looking presentation slides with minimal text. Yes, you do need to briefly have a talking head, but much of this will be predicated on adding and changing your first speech into a more video-podcast style. I put two examples up there for you to look over!
2. You should be tweaking and adding on to the content of the first speech, so you should have a solid foundation but just need to build on top of that.
3. Many of you did not include specific and details about the changes you will be making or your focused a lot on delivery which has different challenges than "eye contact and gestures" since much of the time the camera will not be on you.
4. The changes you made to your outline should be indicated in a different color so I can see your progress easily.

I suggest reading the assignment sheet and looking at the examples provided so you are all prepared for this new challenge!
